Following our first Annual General Meeting we now have a “proper” organization to manage our food growing project.
After some discussion it was decided to call it the Community Food Project as our primary purpose is just that, growing food.
We now have adopted a constitution based on that used by the Axbridge group and we have a core commitee to handle the main management jobs.
The committee is:
Phil Neve (Chair), Ruth Matthews (Secretary), Julie Firth (Treasurer), David Langan, Matt Marshall, Dylan Clifton and Judy Owen

Membership.
We have decided this is to be £15.00 per year for active (digging and eating!) members. Anyone who wants to support the project and be kept informed can join as a supporter for £5.00.
If you were not at the meeting please download a membership form and return it to Ruth.
We will be asking for money from you when we have opened the bank account .
